Our firm is growing rapidly, and we are always looking for elite talent to join the ACD team. Please note that while we list our core roles here to showcase our team structure and standards, it does not necessarily mean we have an immediate vacancy. We believe in being prepared. Even if a specific spot is not open today, we encourage high-performers to submit their credentials. We store all qualified applications in our Priority Talent Records. When our case volume triggers the need for a new hire, we look to this "bench" first before posting publicly.
If you align with our mission, please apply. We value your information and will reach out the moment a position matches your expertise.
At this time, we are only accepting applications from individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States.
Please know that this isn't a reflection of the talent found elsewhere—we know there is incredible expertise across the globe! However, as part of our core brand values and operational structure, we have chosen to focus our hiring efforts on supporting the domestic workforce. We appreciate your understanding of our firm's commitment to this specific "home-grown" growth model.
ACD Paralegal
As and ACD Legal Support Paralegal, you will be the clinical voice and strategic storyteller of the firm. This role is not a "medical record summarizer." It is a high-level drafting position for a medical professional who understands how to translate complex clinical data into a persuasive legal narrative. You will be responsible for drafting the medical sections of demand packages that proactively address litigation defenses, highlight "hidden" value in diagnostic imaging, and establish undeniable causation.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
● Draft the Injury and Treatment sections of demand packages, shifting from a list of facts to a persuasive narrative of human impact and medical necessity.
● Proactively identify holes in the case (treatment gaps, prior injuries, degenerative findings) and draft clinical counter-arguments to neutralize insurance company defenses.
● Go beyond the impression line of MRI/CT reports to identify acute trauma findings that support the mechanism of injury and refute degenerative labels.
● Connect the mechanism of the accident to the clinical findings using language that adjusters cannot ignore and attorneys can easily defend in court.
● Pinpoint high-value ICD-10 codes, permanent impairment indicators (AMA Guides), and future care requirements to ensure the demand reflects the true lifetime cost of the injury.
● Ensure the Medical Chronology perfectly matches the Demand Narrative and the Billing Summary, leaving no room for the adjuster to find inconsistencies.
